Computer-Cut Vinyl is a cost effective
and durable option for identification graphics.
For numerous years now ANPAS has been using computers to generate
artwork and to manufacture graphics. One such area is computer-cut
vinyl graphics. Much like engraving, computer-cut vinyl requires
a plotter and vector graphics software.
The Product
Using Computer-Cut Vinyl, ANPAS can create various forms of
signs including:
shop-front signs
Banners
Vehicle signage
Free-standing signs
Light boxes
Honour Boards
Tenants Directories
Architectural Signage.
Vinyl can be applied to most
materials providing they are free from dirt and smooth enough
to bond too. This includes most metals, plastics, glass and
wood.
The
Media
All vinyls have a permanant acrylic based adhesive and most
solid colour vinyl materials used by ANPAS are designed to
last up to 10 years out-doors. There is a wide range of colours
and finishes available for use therefore, we are certain to
meet the customer's needs.
Artwork
Artwork can be either designed and created by ANPAS graphics
engineers or supplied by the customer in the form of printed
art or computer generated art.
Preferred format for artwork is Illustrator CS2 V12.0 EPS
or PDF. To ensure that the artwork supplied comes out the
same at our end, all text should be converted to outlines.
Artwork can also be created from a Jpeg or Bitmap image. Generally,
web images aren't suitable due to their poor size and quality.
