ANPAS are proud suppliers of custom engraved plaques, signs, and awards. With more than 40 years experience in the engraving field, ANPAS will gladly undertake any engraved job you require.

Computer Engraving
This involves the use of an engraving plotter with a spinning cutting tool. Graphic artwork is first created using vector-based graphics software and then relayed to the plotter for engraving. Artwork can be either designed and created by ANPAS experienced graphics engineers or supplied by the customer in the form of printed art or computer generated art.

Materials
ANPAS engravers can work from the following materials:
  • Engravers Brass
  • Aluminium - Natural or Anodised
  • Bronze
  • Stainless Steel
  • Trophy Plate
  • Laminated engraving plastics
  • Acrylic
  • Trafolite
  • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
  • Wood
  • Finish
All engravings can be enamel or epoxy filled in any colour required or left natural with the machine cut finish. Also, depending on the material used, the product can be linished, polished, anodised, chemically oxidised or electroplated in chrome, silver or gold.

    Routing
Using the same plotter, ANPAS can cut out lettering and graphics with the aid of a machine router tool. Bearing in mind if the finished product is too small, detail will be compromised.

    Diamond Drag
The spinning engraving tool can be replaced with a static diamond tipped tool to produce fine detailed work. The extreme hardness of the diamond tip produces a fine polished line when dragged along the surface of the material. The most commonly used material for this method (but not limited to it) is trophy plate.

    Hand Engraving
ANPAS craftsmen are experienced hand and conventional pantograph engravers. If a particular job requires pricise detailing it can be achieved using these methods.
