Production
All products at ANPAS are made to order specific to the customers needs. This being the case, we need 1 day to 3 weeks for production. Cast plaques requiring a minimum of three weeks for production. Contracted work may require more time.

Submission of Orders
Before commencing production, an official order is requested stipulating terms to our mutual accord.

From your very first contact with ANPAS, your request is submitted to management for immediate attention. Quotation for most signs and plaques can be given whilst over the phone or relayed the same day. Special jobs and contracts may require a few days to quote depending on their nature. On-site inspections may also be required to discuss major jobs.

Customers are welcome to visit ANPAS showroom where they will be greeted with friendly service and honest advice based on our experience and knowledge. We have a wide range of samples of our products for your convenience.

Delivery
Completed jobs not requiring installation are classified as ex-factory and can be picked up by the customer unless alternate delivery methods are arranged. Such as for post, courier or freight, charges may apply.
